Image mission problem

i get this error line everytime i try to make my isnerted image work and its in jpg

"dimensions 256X192 not 2^n"

i got less than a day to make these images work any ideas anyone

heres my images in the briefing:

All infantry well armed and trained, most look like veterans which Russian intel also confirms. Weapons consist of small arms akms, rpds, pkms and rpgs. Team also spotted a few snipers, locations change every 6 hours. Hide spots are within target area.

Reinforcements are all over area, maybe 1-2 km away each direction.

The dimensions of the image are wrong, they has to be 2^n, f.e. 64x64, 128x128, 256x128, 64x512! But i recommend that you don't use some too exotic dimmensions like 256x16, bcs that could crash an dedicated server.
