theavonlady 2 Posted January 6, 2002 I've finished a new mission pack, based on SelectThis' Desert Malden Island addon. Unfortunately, The FAQ has never held up well when it comes to hosting popular, due to the limits of my WEB account. Anyone who can host these files, please email me and I'll arrange with you uploading the files to your host site. The mission pack consists of 3 ZIP files. barret 0 Posted January 6, 2002 what  i would do would be, get multiple tripod accounts, and make a site  that will hold one  of each of the  zip files. But do not link the files cause tripod does not allow hotlinking, so all you have to do is  make a site that will have your file on it (you must use their templates) add the file onto a page, and then  have people download it Tripod is free,  and they give you  20 mb of space. RN Malboeuf 12 Posted January 8, 2002 The Avon pacs generate about 4 gigs od dload a month when they 1st come out last time we we had about 300 dloads of 36 megs make sure you have the allowable data transfer, I had to bump our site of from 10 gig to twenty because we hosted every upgrade patch, plus the old Forums raped my site, it viewed a 1 meg pic of my motorcycle 12000 times lol just murdered our upload speeds, we fixed the problem with that so we're back to hosting files Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
