Game Config w/ new cars help

I'm modifying the Y2K3 config (for personal use) and I have a problem. When I tried to put some of Mehanics old cars in the game to repleace the skoda, they're sitting on top of the cars. Does anyone know how to fix this?

I`ve got the same problem as Lennin but wasn`t able to fix it. If anybody could help me I´d be very thankful
