Where can I find the following mission types?

Hi guys

I absolutely LOVE playing OFP but I hate being the leader (too time consuming). Where can I find custom missions where:

1. there are large full-scale battles (eg. like 'Battlefield' in the default OFP)

2. I am just one of the grunts with NO leadership requirements.
