How to determine if player uses binocular

Is there any way to trigger a script when player takes binocular and scans terrarian? I could use "knowsabout" but it is different situation here. wink_o.gif

try using the eventhandler, Not sure how to script it but as soon as the unit takes them out the eventhandler should pick up on it.
