Falcon Six Two 0 Posted May 15, 2004 It's been awhile since I've played OFP so please bear with me... Ok, I've decided I want to play OFP again. I insert the disk and installation begins as usual. Then, it hits a certain point where a window pops up saying: Error reading file anim.pbo or something like that. Has anyone here gotten the same problem and if so, how did you fix it? Mister Frag 0 Posted May 16, 2004 Try copying the disk contents to a temporary folder on your hard drive, and running the installation program from there. The installation program will still briefly access the CD to verify that it is an original disk, but the files themselves will be read from the hard disk. Gordy 0 Posted May 16, 2004 In addition if your disc becames unreadible and you will be unable to install the game, try contacting you proper distributor of the game in order to exchange the cd.
