Usmc cti modifications

I made some modifications of Cleanrock's great Cr4.1 and added the MarineAssaultPack-Units and weapons. If you are interessted, feel free to download them below tounge_o.gif

CR Changelog

USMC Changelog:

Known bug:

If you bleed to death while you are in a vehicle, it could happen, that you wont respawn anymore. I didn't want to remove the bleeding-effects, so try to "bleed to death" outside a vehicle.  wink_o.gif

Lately im having serious internet problems, so last night i played Anilym CTI in LAN mode, and it was one fierce fight that i won after 4 hours, no bugs found whatsoever,

Have you been missing anything? Like a special Marpat-weapon or  a vehicle? I'm still thinking about units which could be used in an update. If you have any ideas, plz tell me (only condition: there should be a comperable units for the other side)

The way it is right now is quite good on the addon requirement side of things.

Personaly i wouldnt mind BAS helis vs DKM helis, but i quite enjoyed it as it is. wink_o.gif

Ok, i'm thinking about changing some buildings for the bases right now .... what do you think about this buildings?

The buildings are part of the Baracken-Addon and the Airport -Addon by Mapfact

A good thing using this buildings would be, that i could use the awsome mines (included in the AirportPack), too

I have to say that Ihave been playing your missions pretty much non-stop for several days now. They are great!

The buildings you are considering to replace the unit factories would look awesome! Great job!

I have to agree with Bonko that the BAS helicopters would look a little better, but all in all these are the best missions I've played.

I didn't replace the Repair and AmmoDepot, cause i think they work just fine. And i couldn't use the Radar-Tower as ControlCenter, cause it isn't placed as one object, but as two ... the tower and the turning radar. Same with the LightFactory i wanted to use. It's just too big. So i used the GarageBaracke and the RadioBaracke for the LightFac and ControlCenter. I've to test this a little bit more and after that i think i'll upload the updated version. (Don't know when i will do this .. still waiting for Rudedogs BradlyPack, so i would have something comparable for the great VitAPCs  tounge_o.gif )

I didn't use the buildings out of the "Airport"-Addon, cause they are too big and a new addon would be needed. So i only replaced the Barracks, the LightFac and the ControlCenter (baracken-addon is needed anyway).

I have found a disturbing "feature" on all map versions: occasionaly ,in certain games, im unable to select transfer resources option (have no clue why) , and this happens running 1.96+ecp, could it be too many scripts running at the same time?

Hmmm, never had that problem, but i didn't test it with ec yet. I edited in 1.96, so that shouldn't be a problem. Perhaps there are too many scripts running at the same time (mission-scripts + ecp-scripts) but i'm not sure.

Another thing could be, if you play player vs player (without AI) and don't take the slots from alpha to foxtrot (leave one slot free in the middle). That's a knowen bug in CTIs. Here it could happen, that the commander transfers resources to a player and another one gets theom or the commander wants to assign AI/vehicles to a player and assigns them to himself.

No, start with Alpha and go down until all players have a slot. if there is a slot free between the last player and the commander, it doeasn't matter. But it could cause a problem if for example Bravo is emptey and Alpha/Charlie are "manned".

Hey Medicus you stil playing WW2, Im SneakySix we played on old Auria WW2 Cti,,, I had to do full reinstall and lost connection to net for awhile but im back now..

I would like to see a CTI Using the USMC with new Aircraft.. Theres not many Planes to choose in CTI,, Su and A10 just dont cut it,, a nice change log for say,, footmunch f-15 and f16 be nice,, Also be cool to see that NEW Tornado weather addon,,,, just a random appear and direction abit like that static cloud that would appear on Command and Conquer when u used chronusphere

You will need this 2 files to play the v4.13. The VitAPC Pack needs the DKMM_RSC.pbo (scripts etc included in this file)

Make sure that you have the VitAPCPackv1.4 and dkmm_rsc v1.4.

It could also be, that you'll need the vitapc_config.pbo v1.4 if it's not included in the VitAPC-Pack.

What do you think about adding Artillery to the mission? Like the M109Paladin to west and the Howitzer to east (i would make it really expencive (about 30000$) and add something like a bullet-cam-sript to it). It's just an idea ... and suggestions?

Heheh Medi ,, stuck in the realms of ww2 again.. Good old Pak36 cant go wrong.. Ive jsut got the ML-TB thingy.. aslo the bradley... but the realms of downloads for this are now becoming mad... Also I found the DKM.RSC didnt work with chally2 that i have,, I have to use the original DKM.Rsc for that. Why means im using a RCS from january not the recent 3mb one... This is the problem,, conflicting addons.. I dont likes VIT APC pack anyway but got it for this cti.. once again the rsc for that dont run my chally2 ;) has an error.. sad_o.gif

so one must go and I know which,, looks like newest cti is a no

There is some experimenting going on about this mission. Ideas to improve it are welcome of course. The bradley pack and vitapc were taken out due to performance reasons but afaik will be in the next version again as v1.1 of the bradley pack fixed some issues with the scripts not always being turned off. There will also be a version without this addons though.
