m16a2m203 0 Posted April 14, 2004 They have pre-order set up for the prima guide with a ship date of 12/01/04. Link Don't find the guides all that useful but I thought the date was somewhat significant to us. We'll see.
Postduifje 0 Posted April 14, 2004 a ship date of 12/01/04. So, I figure they mean december first with that? Anyway, offcourse it means very little, but it's something.
hellfish6 7 Posted April 14, 2004 I think that those ships dates are there just as placeholders. I know at the EB games store, the guy said that games might have arrival dates in the book, but that if the arrival dates were over 4 months away, they'd make up an arrival date to at least show that something was expected in the future. LT.Schaffer 0 Posted April 14, 2004 I just read on www.Flashpoint2.com the text that appears on the left side of the tv, it said "coming late 2004 early 2005"
hellfish6 7 Posted April 14, 2004 Conventional Gamer Wisdom will tell you that if you take any stated release date, add 3-6 months and you'll have your real release date.

Did you try that thought the last time you saw some Duke Nuke Forever info?  hmm Duke Nukem Forever... DNF... Did Not Finnish ? Personally I'd rather see BIS finnishing OFP2 than work towards a planned release-date. Unfortunately, that is CM's decission.
