New pbo decryptor/make pbo ?

Is there a new MAKE PBO or PBO Decryptor Tool available out there ?

The reason I ask, is because lately I found a few addons that I was unable to unPBO with both PBO Decryptor (v1.3 and 1.5) and OFP Manager tools.. Anyway, I would like to know if there's something new out there that can unpack those files.

I think that these PBOs have been militiously decrypted so they can't be unencrypted so they can't be ripped off.

yeah theyll have been binned saying that ive got one that will open them but all you can access is the textures, sounds and possible the config but never the p3d model

The only thing I need form them is a config.cpp (for my own use, not a ripp off)

youll find that most addon makers bin there config file so you cant even look at it anyway download one of those config creation tools if youre having trouble

Well, I have a PBO Decryptor 1.3 and OFP Manager, they can open BIN files, but still, I have to open the PBO itself, just to get to the config.cpp/bin.
