RN Malboeuf 12 Posted November 23, 2001 using a Car as comparison just does not work since you don't have the option of dloading a patch you can compare computers to cars but not Cars to Software since you dont have to TAKE in the Soft ware to the local dealer to have it fixed you just dload a FREE patch where can I dload a new battery for my Car for free, it just shorted out? Cybergangster 0 Posted November 23, 2001 I know I'm beating a dead horse but I think you missed my point. I never said I'd download a fix for the car. I said I'd pick up the parts for the factory outlet. I used this example to show that it would cost me a) petrol and b) time.
