For this game the computer doesnt need to waste much energy for rendering landscapes, plants, and wind in the grass, consequently the developers could put full detail emphasis on the models. As of now, it is called Wartime Command (unless they have changed it again since I last saw the title. ) This game will play something like Combat Mission. From the looks though, it would provide the environment for an amazing tank simulator.
