pitufo 0 Posted December 12, 2003 OK I hate firing up my OPF and going to the multiplayer to find the game I want is a CLAN vs. anyone else who joins. Â Yes I know I can find a bunch of other games to play but what I'm wondering is if there's a way to find people in my area (Vancouver, B.C.) for LAN's or for net play who are interested in starting an "anti-clan" because as great a game as OPF is, it's still JUST A GAME and I'd love to play it consistently with people who have lives and therefore realize that getting the high score in Riverbattle will not contribute to any sort of real-life achievement. What you're asking for is basically the same as a clan...You're looking for a bunch of people, who share your interest in OFP, and have nowhere to play it with like-minded people... Yes, I'm looking for people to play this game with (and how to find them in my area), but I'm not interested in joining a clan because from what I've seen they seem to take it far too seriously for my tastes. I think this game is a lot of fun, it's my favorite game, I'm just looking for people who want to play for fun and who want to start a group based on that.
