Briefing and overview.html

I was wondering if anyone could tell me how to make a briefing.html file and a overview.html file. I tried a program online called BriefingNOverviewGen2.0 but all it does is give me a "runtime 55 error, file already open" message and dies. The program is useless, so I need to know how to create it myself.

that one works like a charm and it also does description.ext's, scripts and lots of other stuff. i give it 5 out of 5 stars! lol..
