gore 0 Posted November 29, 2003 im buying a new computer and am wondering is it worth paying a extra 155 euros for a 128MB ATI Radeon 9800 Pro Graphics Card over a 128MB nVidia GeForce FX5200? also what about the problems about the flickering textures in ofp have they been resolved? and if not which is better in this regard? Evishion 0 Posted November 29, 2003 I dont remember the link. but I saw it somewhere there I could download 2 files  1 file contains pics from a game with radeon and 1 contains pics from nvidia  from same place radeon had MUUUCH more smoother and clear'est graphic I had nvidia before and now radeon.. Greg 0 Posted November 30, 2003 I can't tell you if the difference between those exact two cards is worth that amount, but I will definately say that if you are serious about having fun with current and future games, save money if necessary and get something better than the fx5200. Seriously consider the nVidia fx5700 or Ati 9600XT if money is an issue, otherwise, the 9800pro is one of the top of the range and won't disapoint. Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
