Can anyone help us fix the problem with the soldiers chest textures stretching inwards?

its making our soldiers look rather wierd... and stupid, since the chest textures should look like this:

The problem is you need to change the model to have it good. Becouse the texture fits to the model.

try it ingame first. it should look ok ingame. Because the ingame animation strech the texture outwards again.
