Search The FAQ for "memory" and click on the first matching FAQ item. See if the instruction there apply similarly to the different error message you've received.

You've already tried everything in The FAQ's "memory map" item, including following links to other FAQ items? rock.gif

i think i try a new win installation...

That's a bit radical.

How about listing your detailed system specs?

How many MBs of unoffical addons are you starting up OFP with?

This could very well be your problem.

OFP's RES\AddOns folder comes with about 200MBs of official files. Using the -nomap switch may very well not help you with a gig of addons.

Time to start implementing mod folders, which The FAQ items I pointed you to suggested you do.

what a pity... so i had to sort out my addons... thats a hard decission...

...i know how to use the mod folders... the problem is how to group the plenty of addons...
