Major Fubar 0 Posted September 18, 2003 Has anyone ever heard of an audio file format with the extension .xmi? And if so, anyone know of a converter that can change it to either .wav, or .ogg?

SKULLS_Viper 0 Posted September 18, 2003 Well, I found this: Quote[/b] ]XMI Winamp Extended Midi File http://filext.com/detaillist.php?extdetail=.xmi&Submit2=Go%21 (2nd box down) But I wouldn't know how to convert it to .wav .
Baron Hurlothrumbo IIX 0 Posted September 18, 2003 If winamp can play it, winamp can convert it to wav Simply go to output settings and change it to disk writer.

Baron Hurlothrumbo IIX 0 Posted September 18, 2003 No, you just need to get the plugin for winamp to allow it to play it. http://www.public.asu.edu/~abarber2/mirror/midihelp/index.html This seems to be one, however I have not checked it properly. Also, try just changing your winamp input to midi input. I don't have an xmi file so I cant check that.
