Aculaud 0 Posted December 20, 2001 My first argument was that i thought the US barrett M82A1 had a place in OFP. this might have been a little impractical. my new thoughts are on the M-40, possibly a silenced version. some argued that NATO already has a perfectly good sniper rifle, so why add another. well, the M-16 is a perfectly good assault rifle, but we also fealt we needed the Steyr Aug, the HK G36, and the XMS. so i'm thinking why not? it would be a perfect oportunity to feild a silenced sniper rifle to black ops. Charlie_McSheenie 1 Posted December 20, 2001 it'd suck ass, it'd make a lovely noise and everything, but you won't see holes blown into bmps, you won't saee limbs fly off, you won't see holes blown in buildings so you won't see any of the stuff that makes the weapon cool, would you?
