Arma 3 stuck at loading screen

Hi. 
 

So this has been coming and going. Sometimes it just appear to "work it self out". When i try to launch into a server, my screen just stops/freezes at the logo screen with the striped background.
I have tried some fixes from google/youtube, such as deleting cache files, MPmission files, run the game in a different bit-mode (32bit & 64bit) and verified the game files from steam. This time I even re-installed the game.

I can play scenarios and single player, but I cant launch into any server.

 

As mentioned, this problem has worked itself out before, but now I'm at a loss.
