PROBLEMA REPRODUCCION EN MONITOR SECUNDARIO

Bueno días comunidad, tengo el problema de que no puedo lanzar el juego en mi monitor secundario. Paso a detallar mi hardware en donde tengo un monitor principal Samsung de 19" y un TV FHD de 43".
Mi intención es poder reproducir el juego en el TV de 43" cuando lanzó el juego me abre el juego siempre en el monitor principal. probe cambiar el archivo arma3.cfg como encontre en la comunidad, pero a pesar de esos cambios, siempre me lanza el juego en el monitor principal.
existe algo que fuerce al inicio en el monitor secundario. Tengo un placa amd 7800. en el software tengo la posibilidad de cambiar el monitor de lanzamiento, pero siempre al iniciar siempre vuelve a monitor que está como predeterminado.
