Can we do this ?

I have no idea how it works BUT ...

a rollover in the LB at zero speed with only the rotor clipping the ground

should not leave a smoking crater. Large bombs yes, small helis no.

Most boring run of the mill "at speed" crashes should result in scraping along the ground in a dead airframe with

probably broken legs and multiple blood leaks. Lets say your body gets tossed out, 'cos

you failed to buckle up. No helmet? Well darn...

Small low speed disasters with shrubs etc could cause roll over crashes... no boom. Hit ground , damage, walk away.

Rotor carnage with hard objects could cause major spectacles. Again, no boom. Thrashing yes, boom no.

Really impressive crashes ( heli versus building etc ) could make a loud bang crunch and instant death. Great.

Riddled with 20mm explosive bullets... ? WHY YES YOU CAN GO BOOM. Just for the heck of it.

I mean shucks, got to party some time.

Did you notice you can knock over trees with the LB ? AWESOME! but the HUGE explosion spoils it all.

Even if the mechanic was mostly the same Minus the explosion.... not too bad.

Oh no a sense of deja vu .... darn.

I will PAY someone to successfully mod this. I'm not kidding.

You get to keep the IP but the mod stays public.

( I pay for it to be available to everyone for ever, call it a public service or something...).

Oh yeah, by the way, crash resistant fuel tanks have been around for ages. Look them up on youtube...

( they drop them a long way while full and no Boom...)

A bunch of crash animations would be cool and some more drastic than others.

But the BOOM is bad. Not ok. Stupid, actually.

Yes I know they made it simple. I get that. But we can Mod ...
