Spearhead DLC won't install.

I've restarted everything, verified all files but I'm stuck at the purple INSTALL DLC button. Any ideas?

Hi, SPE is 28.8gb in size, do you have enough space on your drive for that? Because if no, it wont install.

 

    Have you tried installing through steam library?

Go to steam -----> Library ------> right click Arma 3 ------> properties ----> DLC ------> Arma 3 Creator DLC: Spearhead 1944

check the box next to it to the left.

 

Your issue could also be a launcher problem, go to this page https://arma3.com/launcher/troubleshooting

and update anything needing to update.

 

What you can also try is to clear your steam cache, so right click your steam icon, then go to settings, then to downloads, you should see clear download cache there.

Click that button, steam will clear everything, and restart, relogin, and the start the game and the launcher should come up, see if anything works then.

 

Lastly if there is an SPE folder in your Arma 3 directory which im doubting, seen here:

C:\SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\Arma 3\SPE

You could always delete that folder and then do a verify integrity of cache on the game itself and see if that fixes anything in the launcher.
