Help I need to make my own custom face

As title shows yeah... I really need help like I'm new to Arma scripting and this is but silly but can you guide me how to make my own custom face for Arma 2 just like others? Bcz I want to make cpt John price face from MW 2019 for Arma 2

 

1 what kind of tool I need

2 how do I start 

3 how do I get textures or made my own

use photoshop or paint or whatever you want and put the face on this texture
