DracoPaladore 0 Posted August 1, 2003 Greetings. I've been playing with the Operation Northstar Canadian soldiers pack for awhile now, but it's still empty. The ON team seems to have been inactive for a very long time and don't seem to be doing anything at the moment either(their forums are dead pretty much). So my dependency on them for any Canadian IFV or RV is gone. I was wondering if anyone would be willing to make a Coyote, or LAVIII. OR, are there any of these vehicles already avaliable? I use the Bradly as a replacement, but it's still not what I want nor is it very suitable. Canadian Coyote Website Couldn't find anything on the LAVIII. -Punisher- 0 Posted August 1, 2003 From wht I have read given the limitations of the ofp engine a true LAV like the Canadian Infantry uses is not possible. It's really to bad cause the LAV III is one of the best in the world. I was looking forward to someone doing one but I guess that is almost impossible at this point in time. The forums are slow yes, but thats because we have been working and not chatting I guess. The coyote and LAV(made by Sigma 6) were done a long time ago but the OFP engine doesnt allow for them to work properly and that's why they were never released.
