Albert Schweitzer 10 Posted July 21, 2003 Just to spite France, I'm going to have my email with ketchup from now on! Reminds me of what the husband (french) of my sister said recently. We were all together on holidays enjoying a dinner and he had his young daughter sitting next to him (nearly 3yrs). And she looked at a little pot of ketchup on the table and asked what this is. His answer was: "dont touch it, that is special medicine for americans". He is a nice guy, has traveled a lot and this sort of humor must be a allowed. It is just like calling a coke a "texan beaujolais"

USSoldier11B 0 Posted July 22, 2003 Most Americans, even pro-Iraq war ones have little or nothing against France. American tourists have reported that the French have been nothing but courteous and accomidating. (For France)
