Viriato 0 Posted May 26, 2003 Yes, 61 spanish troops and 1 Guardia Civil (policeman) Seems that the fog, and a strange maneuver from the pilot caused this tragedy. A good friend of mine had been on Afganistan very little time before, and they returned only a couple of months before. My condolences for the family of this brave mens. Regards from Spain. Col. Kurtz 0 Posted May 26, 2003 Hmm yes, saw that article on BBC. Russian planes aren't having it too good are they? They've had about 5 crashes this year alone...
FallenPaladin 0 Posted May 26, 2003 Logistics can be deadlier than peacekeeping. My condolences to families and friends of those soldiers.
