Jahve 0 Posted April 18, 2003 Im having a problem, that when I hit the button to play campaigns in OFPR the game freezes and i have to use the task manager to exit it... Mister Frag 0 Posted April 22, 2003 Do you have a firewall? Specifically, a software-based one like ZoneAlarm or Norton Internet Security? They keep signatures of all executables that are allowed to access the Internet, and if the file changes, they will prevent access to the 'net until you set the permissions appropriately. The problem is that the dialogs usually don't pop up over the DirectX windows, so your system will appear hung. There are workarounds listed on AvonLady's website -- just search her site (or this one, for that matter) for ZoneAlarm, for instance. Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
