Quantum 0 Posted March 29, 2003 I'd like to better understand the reason why some 1.85+ versions say put in standard addons (.\addons) and others say put in res\addons. ralphwiggum 6 Posted March 29, 2003 when OFPR reads addon files, it reads both \addons and res\addons. when OFP reads addon files, it reads \addons only. so if you have an addon that works with resistance only, you can put that addon in either directory, but if you put any addons in res\addons and run OFP, it won't read it.
