My Launcher wont open, please help.

So I recently downloaded again ArmA 3 after a year of rest, but my launcher wont start. The game itself can be started from the .exe, but the launcher wont open. I play with a lot of mods so I really want the launcher back to manage them.


I have tried reinstalling it, verify the files by steam, reinstalling .Net Framework and DirectX I don't know what to do now or what more info should I put in here but if you tell me what to do I will.

Have you tried verifying the integrity of your game cache, as the error message suggests?
