t_bone_c34 0 Posted March 3, 2003 aight guys,i kinda need a little help on this one. allright,my computer is a HP pavillion 7920 128 SDRAM 900mhz celeron CD-RW and a CD 20 gig hard drive Im looking for a good graphics card. I dont have very much money but i do have some.I need to know which card i should get,what the price is,and what the cards actually do to your computer.Currently my computer will not run any of the new games,i have tried battlefield 1942 and the card is not supported and i also tried C&C Generals,same problem there.So i am looking to get a new graphics card.I just need to know if i got a new card if that would allow me to play the games or if i just need a new computer.Oh yeah,is it possible to install them yourself or should i take it to a shop? Say how much money you have to spend then people can advise you, unless the shop will fit it for free I would suggest fitting it yourself or finding a friend/family member to do it if you're not sure as it will take no more than 5 minutes and personally I begrudge paying someone for something that takes 5 minutes Best prices will most likely be online, ebuyer.com are the site I've found to be the cheapest (they serve Britain and the USA).
