Alt + E Shortcut (and more) not Working in Editor

When launching the game via the launcher (with or without mods/DLC) I cannot use the Alt + E or any Alt + "_", command in the 3D Editor, as well as Shift + Y and others.

But, when right clicking and running the program from the directory, I can use these shortcuts in the editor, with mods enabled even.

I always run the game as administrator to rule that out.

Is there a solution for this? I have been unsuccessful so far.
