firefall70 10 Posted December 20, 2022 Recently replaced my old GTX1070 with an RTX4090 and hoped for a big improvement in performance in Arma Reforger, but the results were not so good. In a conflict match without mods, I got between 100-130fps no matter if I play on lowest settings in 1080p or max settings in 4k. Ofc this sounds like a 1st world problem but if you consider that Reforger is super basic and without any mods being CPU bottlenecked with a 5900x this early is a bit concerning. I wonder how the performance will look like with a better CPU. Games like Battlefield2042 pump out solid 200fps with 128players on 1440p with high settings. Kristian 47 Posted December 29, 2022 Battlefield runs on a game engine that is considered finished. Arma reforger does not. The game is not finished, the engine is not finished and conflict as a gamemode is propably not finished.
