Importing the native human animations into Blender?

Hi! Sorry if I'm posting this in the wrong spot, but I'm new and I put a decent effort into trying to figure out if I am.

 

I'm half-way done with a custom character model to import into Arma 3 as a unit, except he's too big for the typical arma skeleton, and so I need to manually retarget the base human animations onto his memory points, like with HorribleGoat's space marines and female soldiers, yet I can't figure out how to get the base human rtms into blender, and I assume they're binarized. 

 

 I assume Bohemia's ok with letting me use these rtms, as HorribleGoat managed so and he's SUPER loyal to Bohemia's anti-piracy rules, so here I'm humbly asking, where would I get access to these files to retarget for my character?
