Best way to run Reforger for a LAN?

Title says it all. I'm a long time Arma fan going all the way back to the initial release of Operation Flashpoint. I am planning to host a LAN party near the end of July. I would love to host Reforger locally for it. I was planning to host it as a listen server but I see that option was pulled as of 0.9.5. I have tried to host a separate instance on an old laptop on my local LAN but I am having zero luck connecting to it. Are there any instructions about how that kind of server config should be set up?
