Help with Vests Mod Config

Hello, I'm new to modding, so far I've only managed to make a few patches.

Now I'm trying to make some custom vests, doing a retexture of the game vests. I come here, asking if there is any template for the config, because all the variants that I have tried have not worked.

So far I have tried different variations of this template, but none have worked for me.
