Western Sahara DLC Intel-Drop in FOB Tent bugged?

I gather a ton of intel, phones, files, etc. Each time I walk into the main tent at the FOB (where intel table etc is), I see no prompt to press space bar to drop my intel. Intel keeps staying in my inventory. I assume it is bugged and I have to restart the campaign?

Any mods? Also, maybe saving and reloading the mission/game will fix it. This would be better being posted in the actual WS thread too, better visibility.
