Forcing AI-Pilots of Jets to set Engine on Full throttle

Greetings Everyone,

is it possible to force the AI pilots to set the engine at maximum?
I have tried those commands but they didn't work:
this forceSpeed 1 ;
air1 setThrottleRTD [1, -1];
air1 setAirplaneThrottle 1;

The forceSpeed works only when you look on plane in range of 50m - but you must set something bigger than 1  for example 15(km/h).
