Joistick - Throttle Problem

The throttle don't work form 0 to 100 , but it works like form half , to max , and In and the lower half of throttle don't work , please help - The Joysitck - Logitech G Saitek X52 Flight Control System

You have to map each half, the + and -, separately. I know, it's like a chimp coded it.
