Auto extract and compress tool for "pbo" file

Hi all,

I am an mod-maker and I am distributing pbo files. I often update version of mod, but changed point is very small (only one or two files at most). Original mod file size is very large, so I want to release only changes as "patch", which is small one ".exe" file.

Is there any tool or way to replace just one or two files in "pbo" file? Official patch does exactly same thing, I guess. First it check original pbo file (maybe check sum?) then replace some files in pbo file.
