I was playing late on the last night of battlepass 7 trying to get to level 44 and get the white/gold tint for the gas mask, one of the better cosmetics in the previous battlepass and a personal goal. I started and was able to complete a game around 2am mountain time, which apparently was the time that maintenance was supposed to start. I was going off other information, namely the in game battlepass which said I still had another hour before the battlepass ended. When I got out of that game it said that no progress was recorded even though I know for a fact I would have gotten the level. I sent an email to support but supposedly I was supposed to know that maintenance was announced externally on their twitter which I don't use. Not only that but maintenance scheduling was in opposition to what the timer said in game which was off by an hour. I just want what I know I earned. I feel wronged here.
