Any server programs?

Recommended Posts

Wondering if there are any programs that are newbie friendly?

Like runner for q3a engine or hoam for army operations?

Basically a window where u set everything up and just starts the server and the goes into the game and join ur server from there.

A server u can both host and play on simultanios!

Thx for any answeres. smile.gif

When i OFP Click "Multiplayer" wow.gif

Then toggle "implementation" sockets

And make sure it says "INTERNET" not LAN - a list of servers is displayed - pick one - play game.

or - Bottom left corner in "multiplayer" click "NEW" to start a game - then tell your friends theh IP to join.

That is only possible for a dedicated server, but I'd rather run that on a seperate computer, as I doubt that (even with a very fast one) you would have much fun running two instances of OFP at the same time on one machine.

Then join one of the 500 or so public servers ...and make some biggrin.gif
