Mission with a single flag

I want to make a very small mission wherein Points will be scored for a team if they have the flag on the single available flagpole. The scoring system that I want is something along the lines of every minute that teamx has their flag on the pole, the team scores a point. I have everything physically that I want-need EXCEPT Im kinda lost at how to make the trigges necessary, and what scripting I may need-

I've already named my players(E1, E2 W1, W2 ect), and the flagpole (flag1) If you got a page that will explain something like this so I can write it myself that would be fine too--
