Guest BratZ Posted January 29, 2003 I hope to save someone time by stating that I spent hours aligning my views for my model. I got it all perfect then upon glancing in my geometry lod I changed some things...It messed my views up!!!!!! Just to point out that to make sure your geometry is centered well and if your model in the game is offcenter but yet in O2 it isn't ,it's prolly cause of your geometry, seems to have a drastic effect on how the model sits and your views. Thats all, could save you hours
AXE 0 Posted January 30, 2003 are you talking about how the camera sometimes targets the top of plane instead of the center? I found that if you have a point in the memory lod named "zamerny", the camera will target it. From what i have learned this point is for the AI to know the center of the plane so it can shoot accurately.
Guest BratZ Posted January 30, 2003 I'm talking external view, but the camera is really centered in front of the plane Just how sometimes the view is offset, and because of the fact high detailed models cant have a paste of the view lods,it has to be blocks and such and depending on how you place them and how that model is centered in geometry counts on your external view of the plane
