How to create custom class ?

Hi guys, i'm starting to play Warlords with a friend and we want to edit it like the stuff/apparence of unit. 

Now i would like to create my own unit class like B_Crew_F.

Some one have any idea how ?

Obviously you can create your own loadouts via the Virtual Arsenal, but if you want to go a step further creating your own units check out the Characters and Gear Encoding Guide
