thenumber1stunner 0 Posted September 3, 2020 So it's obvious that Bohemia updated the gameplay of Old Man since I last played several months ago. I used to be able to use the mouse scroll button to pull up the action menu and "Treat Yourself". Now I can't do that simple action. Does anyone know how to use the First Aid Kit? drebin052 323 Posted September 6, 2020 It works perfectly fine just like in vanilla. Aside from bugfixes and QoL updates, not much of Old Man's gameplay has actually been altered from the Beta.
