Trojan or a False Positive?

Ok i have redownloaded this game after i  did acomplete reinstall of windows (Need to reinstall all games *sad face*)

and i hade the folowing pop up from Malwarebytes Premium

Is this ok and can i allow it as i notice it poped up a few times while playing.  I have done a full scan since this on both Windows defender and Malwarebytes and both came back zero infections found.

You already got your answer on the steam forums, its a false positive.

In my opinion i would remove the malewarebytes and use a full antivirus that can detect viruses, maleware ect,.

is a good choice, imo one of the best, used it for many years and never had an issue, there are others, i would avoid Norton its a resource hogger.

    You will pay for it, but protection imo is worth the cost of not losing your mind over something stupid.

 

There was a dumb comment on your steam thread, the guy said "who uses antivirus in 2020 anyways" and then laughs about it. Really?!

     My response was only a fool wouldn't use one. Cheers!

I didn’t post all the proper information on the steam forum as I didn’t have it at that time as was away from PC so thought would post a more informative post here.
