In my opinion i would remove the malewarebytes and use a full antivirus that can detect viruses, maleware ect,. https://usa.kaspersky.com/ is a good choice, imo one of the best, used it for many years and never had an issue, there are others, i would avoid Norton its a resource hogger. You will pay for it, but protection imo is worth the cost of not losing your mind over something stupid. There was a dumb comment on your steam thread, the guy said "who uses antivirus in 2020 anyways" and then laughs about it. Really?! My response was only a fool wouldn't use one. Cheers!
