Custom Insignia Color Issue

So I'm trying to make an insignia patch for my fireteam that I'm leading but in game the orange and blue colors are inverted, I can't seem to figure out why its only those colors or how to fix it

You image doesn't have a correct resolution. It needs to be power of two

so you probably want 512x512. Not 640x640
