Game crashes and disconnects

Hey,

 

I keep having my game crash, server errors, and getting stuck in objects which causes me to loose all my items (guns ammo heals) that i bring into the game. This is extremely frustrating as they cost so many materials after the update. Is there a way you can reimburse my gamer tag for these? I paid for your battle pass and feel like your game issues are pushing me away from the game.

Don't be optimistic about these issues being fixed my friend.

This game is rapidly giving itself a bad rep.
