Problem with soldiers and group this

Player is the Leader of a group of 11 men, how do i get them to stand still in line until i give them an order when the game starts? Now they start running around.

I have a group of 4 T80s that i dont want to move a ich before there has gone 120 seconds i know how to set up the time, but i have set the fuel to empty on all tanks and grouped them to a group with TankBat1 = GroupThis

Now how do i set Setfuel 1 on all the tanks with one command that apply for all the tanks.
