How do I get one helicopter to follow another in formation?

So... What I want to do is to have a Blackfoot guard for my Ghost Hawk transport, but I'm having issues with it when it comes to the transport part. You see, I want my Ghost Hawk to land and let troops out, but if I have the Blackfoot in the squad with the Ghost Hawk, it'll land with the Ghost Hawk to let off troops it's transporting. But if I put a follow command on my Ghost Hawk and leave it out of the squad, it doesn't follow the orders. It's weird. Can someone please teach me how to make one helicopter land without it waiting for the other to land?

The plane/helicopter AI in Arma is pretty finicky... If both helis are going to be flown by AI and not players, you might be better off setting separate waypoints for each and adjust the starting positions so that the helis fly the right distance from each other.
